Graduated in May 2014 and embarked on a career journey with the Military and Federal Government. Cultivated expert proficiency in Information Technology and Networking, earning industry-leading certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, HDI, and Axelos.
Commenced the IT journey as a Service Support Agent on a global helpdesk, providing critical support to DoW Agencies and Combatant Commands. Progressed to become a Military Support Command Integrator, mastering Level 2 and Level 3 Helpdesk skills while acquiring technical expertise in key DoW programs and systems.
Advanced through key IT Operations roles at DISA, starting as a Watch Officer and progressing to Battle Captain. Led critical incident response, managed resource allocation, and coordinated emergency response activities. Demonstrated excellence in maintaining operational integrity and security compliance across enterprise systems.
